So, the story goes like this. I got one of the discount hard drives that they had and went through the standard procedure to acquire it. Sent them an email today as I noticed it was still sitting in pending status. They stated they had a problem with the pre auth and that I need to contact my bank. So, I went over and the problem was they were only charging .01 and the minimum need to authorize is 1.00 (might note this if you have future issues with this). I sent that email at 530 my time and the problem was fixed and my item was shipped by 615. This is above and beyond anything I could expect, awesome awesome customer service. I highly recommend them based off of the customer service experience and will post more about the product when it arrives but so far I'm very impressed.

I sort of feel entitled on Newegg now (probably a bad thing) due to the large amount of money I've spent over the years. I was only recently introduced to ncix and have also had quite good experiences with them.

Yeah going over my history and newegg, the amount of money I've spent is pretty epic myself I just saw your post on their hard drive special and figured I'd jump at the chance based off your recommendations and that you've not steered me wrong yet.
I had an issue with Amazon the only time I ever tried to buy an item from them. I have never had a bad experience with Newegg. To me, even if the prices are not bad, the service they offer me is worth it.
P.S. I think my family is going to have me an intervention. I have gotten addicted to buying things for my Rig. I just ordered 2 more fans and an aftermarket heatsink. I might need some help finding more to buy, Im running out of options... lol
