My nvidia gtx 780 ti reference has some heat problems.
my Card reached 83C° on stock Clocks @100% fan speed. Is this normal?
i have a Agressive fan curve and my thermal paste is reapplied.

I gather this is under full load. 83C is a bit high for stock clocks.

See www.anandtech.com/show/7492/the-geforce-gtx-780-ti-review/16 - have you overclocked it?

Post your build please.

Yes under fullload
my card ist underclocked to 876mhz and 80% power targed because of the temperature and after 10min of playing Battlefield 4 the card is throttling
without underclocking 1045mhz and 100% power target.

My build
i7 5820k
Asus x99 deluxe u3.1
Nvidia gtx 780ti
16gb ram ddr4 3000mhz
Corsair AX860i 860Watt

I think you have to try re-applying the thermal paste. Or try doing a hybrid version.

What paste did you use last time?

Looks like you have to have another go.

Maybe let someone else have a go or work with you.

EDIT - another idea - hybrid - www.gamersnexus.net/news-pc/2876-nzxt-kraken-g12-gpu-bracket
