I figured a $40 game for free was pretty fair. Next will probably be Modern Warfare 2.

it just wont load on unbuntu. idk why

Also, tiny, im the master, I could play that game at the arcade for 3 hours staright and not loose a life.

It loads on Ubuntu just fine. You need to make sure your flash players are all up to date. That is not the website's problem (or the game's), it's on your end. Make sure you have Shiretoko installed (that's Ubuntu's version of FireFox 3.5). Try going to YouTube. When it asks you to install flashplayers, do so. That should fix it.
