It's here. Well, almost. It will be tomorrow. To commemorate the launch of Diablo 3, we've put together another Duel Builds gaming PC set -- similar to our Sith vs. Jedi builds of a few months ago for SWTOR.
In this thematic combat, we have a $558 Evil Diablo AMD build vs. a $2000 Enthusiast Tyrael Intel build embattled for greatness and glory; both systems are incredibly powerful for their prices, and both will have no problem playing Diablo 3 on high/maxed settings.
Don't question if you can play Diablo 3 on your computer again -- we have you covered with these configurations. That said, if you are unsure of whether you can play it on your current rig, post below.
The Diablo AMD Build: Inspired by the Scorpius platform and a red/white/black case with a scorpion emblazoned on it, our $550 Diablo 3 / AMD build is ready for gaming. It drips red-and-black everywhere, from the case, to the motherboard, to the RAM, to the video card. The entire system was very carefully themed to match. Sanctuary will fall!
This build is meant for those on a budget of $600 and less, but can be easily tweaked.
The Arch Angel Tyrael Intel Build: With quite a bit more money to spend in this one, it was easy to match up an NZXT Phantom case, a sleek PSU, a GTX 670, an Intel i7-3930k Sandy Bridge-E CPU, and some other crazy hardware to fit the Tyrael the Arch Angel theme. Sanctuary will persist!
