The biggest limiter is your monitor, believe it or not. If you're running a high-end GPU on a low-end monitor, you're just going to be wasting a lot of that power.
If you're fine without OC, I'd say go 3570 or 3450. The 660 is a good GPU - no arguments there. For motherboard, I'd say the... Read More...
Did you sort this one out? Everything looks solid to me - there are no major changes that I would recommend. Definitely good choices.
As for mini tower choices... you'll need either a Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX motherboard and case. They both need to be form factor compatible.... Read More...
Awesome! Glad to hear it's seemingly resolved itself. One other item that's worth mentioning (if not for you, than for others in the future) is that Microsoft's @MicrosoftHelps twitter account is very responsive and has helped us resolve these issues in the past, so always feel free to tweet them for support.
Have you already tried reinstalling your game? It looks like several of the "XLive" (GFWL) addresses are missing, along with one of the Arkham City addresses.
First I would verify integrity of game cache (using Steam, as described by Mik below), then see if that Arkham City binary is found thereafter. If it is, you'll also need to fully uninstall/reinstall GFWL.

Sorry for the delay - your post is in the wrong section, so I didn't notice it! No worries, though. I spotted it now. I would recommend something along these lines: Read More...
Thanks for this article but it would be great to have a lot more technical testing done and details.
For a HTPC you need low power, low noise.
You state the power draws but have not tested how much this actual system draws in idle and load.
Also there is no mention of sound and noise levels... how is the GPU's fan while idle? etc.
You ask good questions, but all of those items are addressed in individual product reviews across the net. Plainly-put, we don't have the resources or means to test every configuration, but we're trying to get there.
I'd recommend looking up the individual product reviews on Anandtech, Hothardware, and TweakTown. They'll give a full rundown on the items you're asking about.
I would strongly recommend the MSI GD65 motherboard. That's the one we use for our official test bench, so I've tested it thoroughly and am very pleased with its performance and features. The board supports CrossFire fully and is currently on sale ... Read More...
