Seasonic and Super Flower are the go-to brands with the best track record. Can't really go wrong there.

After that, the common brands (like Cooler Master, Corsair, EVGA) are about on the same level (at this Performance- / Efficiency-Level), so sedondary features like noise, sleeved cable kits, USB/Software or aesthetics are the tipping factor.
These can have widly different manufacturers (FSP, CWT, SeaSonic, Super Flower, etc.) - so there's no "best" brand here.
But there's rarely a complete tomato in their lineup, so you're mostly safe with either of these brands - just check a few reviews to make sure you know what you get.

For wattage, I refer to www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
which says, for a pc with a gtx1070 in it, that you should use a 500W PSU.

For brand and model, I would refer to www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/ps...t.html#xtor=EPR-8886
where, for a best of the best PSU, I'd look at a Tier One PSU.
Note - the highest quality PSUs are usually of high wattage.
