Now that Black Friday is upon us, we have loads of hardware sales to choose from – more than we could possibly list here. We found what we consider the best sales going on right now. Only once a year do we see sales of this magnitude: An NZXT H440 for $90 (won't go live til 11/28), 240GB SSD for $85, R9 270 for $135, and more.

NZXT H440 Case ($90): NZXT's H440 is the only case we've ever granted an Editor's Choice award. We called the case “truly innovative,” speaking highly of its power supply shroud and clean, sharp design. All the design features serve a purpose; as a part of this, NZXT has cut almost all plastic from the case (sans the front panel), so build quality overall is bolstered over competitors. We highly recommend this case to all builders for whom the form factor is compatible.

Western Digital Green 1TB HDD ($50): The next deal we found was this Western Digital Green hard drive. This would be a great storage drive in just about any build, and the IntelliPower firmware offers reduced power consumption and moderate performance for mass storage. Use promo code 1122CMPW23 at checkout to save $5. We'd recommend this for mass data storage, not necessarily for a primary hard drive.

Corsair Force LS Series 240GB SSD ($85): If you are looking to finally make the leap to upgrade to an SSD, this is the perfect time to buy one. This Corsair Force LS SSD offers fast read/write speeds and the 240GB size would be perfect for your OS and favorite games. Grab a storage drive – like the WD Green above or WD Blue (7200RPM) 1TB drives – for mass data storage.

G.Skill Sniper 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM ($58): It's been a long time since we've seen memory prices this low; just months ago, we reported that RAM prices were expected to continue climbing. This RAM is not only cheap, but made by G.Skill – one of the best manufacturers out there, laying claim to several overclocking world records. 8GB should be more than enough for just about any build.

MSI A78M-E45 FM2+ Motherboard ($38): We found a great deal on this FM2+ mATX motherboard. This MSI A78M0E45 motherboard offers everything you should need, including PCIe 3.0, on-board USB 3.0, and SATA 6Gb/s. Even though it is a smaller mATX motherboard, it can hold up to four DDR3 modules at up to 2133MHz (total 64GB RAM).

EVGA 100-W1-500-KR 500W PSU ($20): EVGA is selling this very spartan 500W power supply for only $20. This PSU is 80+ Silver certified, so it will help out with the power bill, but it's not modular. If you want a good, cheap power supply, this is a good option.

NZXT Gamma mid-tower case ($20): If you are looking for a cheap mid-tower case, NZXT is selling this Gamma enclosure for only $20. With room for up to 6x120mm fans (one included) and a meshed front panel, you should get great cooling for most budget and entry-level builds. You also get 4 external 5.25" drive bays and 7 internal 3.5" drive bays, matched with 7 expansion slots.

Zalman CNPS9500A-LED CPU Cooler ($28): If you are looking for a good aftermarket CPU cooler, this Zalman cooler is on sale for only $28. The Zalman CNPS9500A gets great reviews and has been around for a long time, and is now compatible for just about any motherboard. The raw copper look gives a bit of flare to cases – but be warned that it's sharp. Really sharp.

Sapphire Dual-X R9 270 GPU ($135): Here we found a Sapphire R9 270 at a great price. The R9 270 has 1280 Stream Processors and 2GB of GDDR5 RAM on a 256-bit interface. With a Core Clock of 920MHz (945MHz boost), this GPU can play most games out at medium to high settings.

Sapphire Tri-X OC R9 290 GPU ($250): We've got another Sapphire GPU on sale – a Sapphire R9 290. The R9 290 comes with a 1GHz (1.3GHz boost) clock speed and 4GB of GDDR5 memory on a 512-bit interface. This video card will have no problems playing most games out at ultra settings, and is great if you have a higher resolution monitor setup (1440-4K). It is a very long card, so make sure you have enough room in your case.

Gigabyte GV-N770OC-2GD GTX 770 GPU ($250): If you're looking for a great deal on an NVIDIA card, this GTX 770 from Gigabyte is on sale for $250. The GTX 770 has an 1137MHz (1189MHz boost) clock speed and 2GB of GDDR5 memory on a 256-bit interface, powered by 1536 CUDA cores. This video card will also play most games out on ultra settings, and is great for a 4k setup.

We'll have dozens more sales this week, each categorized by component type. Check back regularly and subscribe to our Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube pages for more information. There are many more deals out there to find, so until next time.
